This service allows utilities customers to check account balances, pay bills, view transaction history, and examine usage information.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Online payments on delinquent accounts (issued pink statements), Payment Arrangement Contracts, reimbursements for returned checks and non-sufficient funds AFTER their stated DUE DATES will not prevent your water service from being disconnected or have your water service restored. You will need to contact us at (925) 252-4940 or come to City Hall to have your payments processed.
